Its with a heavy heart the North Syracuse Volunteer Fireman's Association announces the passing of Life Member and 11th Chief Richard "Dick" Beach.  Richard was an active member with FASNY and was formerly Emergency Management Assistant Fire Coordinator.

Calling hours will be at Fergerson Funeral Home Wednesday July 26th from 4:00-8:00pm.

Funeral services will be at Fergerson Funeral Home Thursday 27th at 10:30am with mass at St Rose of Lima at 11:00am
